IELTS Preparation Evening Course in London

Tuesday and Thursday evening classes: 18.30-20.30. 4 week course. 

An IH London IELTS preparation course will help you get the results you need for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination.

Who is This Course For?

The IELTS exam is a good choice if you’re preparing to study or work in an English speaking country. IELTS is recognised as an entrance requirement by most British, Australian, New Zealand and Canadian universities. IELTS is also recognised by many employers and government immigration agencies as a proof of English skills.

Course Content 

This course is created for your individual needs. Tell us the IELTS score you would like to achieve and we will create a study plan with you to work towards it.

The programme concentrates on the academic language you will need to succeed in the IELTS test. You will cover test strategies and how to approach each task type in the exam. 

As well as building confidence, you will have extensive practice in the following areas covered in the test:

• reading
• listening
• writing
• speaking

Our IELTS preparation courses are made up of intensive lessons focusing on the academic skills – reading, listening, speaking and writing English – needed to gain the results you need from the IELTS test.

Students have access to class materials through our online platform during their course.

Students are given a mock exam in the final week.

IELTS Entrance Test

You’ll need to take and pass the IELTS Entrance Test in order to join this course and to be placed in the correct level.  An Entrance Test will be provided once you book your course.

The test must be completed and returned to us five working days before the course start date.
