Greek Level 15 | Evenings

  • Course Details

Greek Level 15 is an Intermediate Greek course for students who have studied the Greek language to a fairly high level. Greek Level 15 requires that you have previously studied Greek Level 14 or a course of at least 168 class hours.

Lessons take place once a week.

Greek Level 16 | Evenings

  • Course Details

Greek Level 16 is an Intermediate Greek course for students who have studied the Greek language to a fairly high level. Greek Level 16 requires that you have previously studied Greek Level 15 or a course of at least 180 class hours.

Lessons take place once a week.

  • E-shopping 
  • Traditional Greek clothes 
  • Talking about my purchases 
  • Writing a protest letter 

 

Linguistic aims

  • Use of cases, accusative, genitive 
  • Indefinite pronouns, revision and practice  
  • Revision and practice of all known verbs in all known tenses and modes
  • Vocabulary:
    • Colours 
    • Clothes 
    • Shopping

Greek Club | Mondays

  • Course Details

Greek Club is an Intermediate Greek course for students who have studied the Greek language to a fairly high level. Greek Level 13 requires that you have previously studied Greek Level 16 or a course of at least 180 class hours. 

Lessons take place once a week.

 

Course Content

This course focuses on conversation so you will have the opportunity to improve and refine:

  • Your conversational skills
  • Your fluency by focusing on specific tasks
  • Your pronunciation by:
    • Learning to recognise specific sounds and reproduce them
    • Finding your perfect speech pace
    • Learning to use your mouth to produce those difficult sounds
  • Your intonation: sound like a native!
  • Learn how to join words in more complex sentences and express yourself effectively: intonation communicates your emotions and intentions
  • Focus on cultural awareness
  • During the course you will be encouraged to record yourself
