Safety & Care
Your child’s safety is our highest priority
We understand that sending your child abroad is a big decision. Here’s how we keep every student safe, supported, and happy throughout their stay.
- 24/7 Supervision – Round-the-clock care: Trained residential staff are on-site day and night. Your child is never unsupervised, whether in lessons, on excursions, at mealtimes, or in their accommodation. Every moment is accounted for.
- Qualified Welfare Staff – A dedicated welfare team: Every centre has qualified welfare officers who are there solely to look after students’ wellbeing. They handle everything from homesickness to dietary needs, and they check in with every student regularly.
- Emergency Contact – 24-hour emergency line for parents: You will receive a direct phone number that connects you to a member of staff at any time; day or night, seven days a week.
- British Council Inspected – Independently inspected and accredited: Our Young Learner programmes are inspected by the British Council, the UK’s national body for educational quality. Our latest inspection rated us as meeting or exceeding all standards for safeguarding, welfare, and teaching. Download the report here.
- Staff-to-Student ratio: There is always one trained adult for every six students, at all times.
